The hotel is located in Budva in an area which is 500 m away from the sea and the nearest beach. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to all the developed infrastructure. The hotel’s location is protected from city noise. In the immediate vicinity of the apartments there are various shops, restaurants and bars. The beach promenade is famous for its lively nightlife. Budva Bus Station is 700 meters from the apartments, and a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. 

The hotel has a total area of 650 m2 and has four floors. It is situated on a plot of 256 m2. Near the house there is parking for two cars, a garage of 20 m2, a basement, an inner courtyard with a children’s playground, and a wooden house where the kitchen is situated.
